Website Launch
August 22, 2007 – 5:32 pmAfter two weeks of hard work and dedication my website was finally launched for public view. I am very happy with the outcome.
The site is clean, well organized and web standard compliant, which is the way I like to design.
I don’t know how you other designers do it but I like to design at night and when I said at night I mean late night or like some other call it early morning. I don’t know if it is just me but my ideas come when I am in bed (not in the shower). When they happened I like to act on them before I forget them. That’s why most of my work is done late at night. I can also concentrate better because the kids are sleeping.
It took me some time to get my own site going. Not for the lack of ideas but for the lack of time. I work full time and my job is not related to web design at the moment so it was hard for me to dedicate 100% of my time to design the site. That’s why I decided to do it on my vacation. It was a challenge because I new I had to set some time apart for the family and also to the site but I met my set dead line and I finished the site 2 days prior to return to work.
I thank my wife for staying up late at night giving me support and for understand on the days that she wanted to go out and I told her that was working on the project.
I hope you visitors like the site. It was built with much love and care with you (visitor) in mind. Feel free to leave comments and suggestions.
