About Luis Delacruz
I am a Web Designer based in New York, specializing in User Interface Design and Development. I build clean, appealing, and functional interfaces which comply with the latest web standards. This wesite is coded and updated by me. I live in Liberty, NY with my beautiful wife and my three beautiful kids. I design with Photoshop, ImageReadyand Dreamweaver. I code sites with XHTML and CSS, using a little of JavaScript, ASP.NET and PHP, and a lot of Usability, Accessibility, and Web Standards.
About The Site
This site was built with much love and care. I designed it using Photoshop and ImageReady. I built it and hand coded it using clean XHTML and CSS in Dreamweaver.Except for the blog which is powered by Wordpress 2.1.3, running my own custom theme of course!!!. You might wonder what is LNE? well since you wonder. LNE is my small DBA (Doing Business As) which I run from home. The name is the first initials of my three children. You are welcome to guess their names!!!. The whole site was proudly built on a PowerPC G5 Mac OS X MacPro.
What I can do
I hold a webmaster degree. Which means I know about all the components necessary to design, hand code and maintain a website. While I do basic designs my stronger areas are the development, functionality and maintainance of the sites. I pretty much know how everything works from start to finish. Below are some of my skills.
